Topic says it all.... looking for info on a-arms, what are some good ones/not so good ones? I kinda want something a little "different" than the standard Lone Star, etc (Not that they aren't sweet, just looking for something a little different). Thanks.

Leager's, but I am biased to that opinion.

If you want to save some of your money go with Burgard. A bunch of people on here run his a-arms, I will be as soon as I order a set. If money isn't an issue roll-design, is a sweet set of a-arms.

Is Roll making a +1 arm? I thought they were only doing the Lobo Long Travel setup. I really only need +1, I'm not planning on doing any racing, and I want the quad to fit between my wheel ells on the Dakota...
Thanks

If you don't want to spend a lot I would go with the burgard or the housers.
The burgards are on special untill the end of march for $395

I read that thread and I thought the special was on standard length arms only.....

Arens also has new +1 a-arms in either standard length or long travel shock.

for standard length shocks not longtravel. you can get +1 to +3 arms

now how do you get long travel on a quad when your extending the a arms the same amount? it dont make sense to me that you can use 1 inch wider a arms and get more travel from one brand then another. can someone explain this to me because if its true why not just save up a little longer and get the longer travel a arms.

do they make the same thing for rear ends too?

One of the numerous reasons I bought the Dakota..... It may be a Dodge, but I love it anyway.....;)

That is the number one misconception with "long travel shock" arms.. .. read it again "long travel SHOCK" not arm. The long travel shock arms moves the mounting point of the shock farther out, allowing a better motion ratio and better shock tuning. It dosn't give you more wheel travel just shock travel.
