400 will not rev up?? HELP

My 400 will not rev up past 1/4 throttle with out cutting out. I took it all apart and painted the frame and it started that after I put it back together. Does anyone have any ideas?????

Check the main jet, it may have falllen out.

Thanks for the help. I went to take the boot off the carb coming from the air box and noticed that it was not on all the way. I fixed it and it runs great again. I gues it got folded up when I put it back on. But thanks again. If you wouldn't have had me to check the main jet I wouldn't have found the problem.:D
