Kentucky riders

I posted this in the where to ride section, but I probably should have posted it here. I saw it in the "State Watch" section in the April 04 American Motorcyclist magazine. Here is the quote:

"It would be illegal for anyone under the age of 16 to operate an off-highway motorcycle or atv under House bill 155, authored by State Rep. Mary Lou Marzian (d-Louisville). The bill would also require riders off all ages to wear helmets at all times. The bill has been referred to the House Transportation Committee."

I know there are alot of people from Kentucky on the boards, so I figured I should give you guys a heads up.

just another law most people will break...& how the hell are they going to go about enforcing that? almost everyone that rides is off into a secluded place
