Modded 250r Vs Stock Raptor ???

I WAS WOUNDERING IF A MODDED 250R COULD BEAT A STOCK RAPTOR?

Depending on what mods are done to the motor its hard t say. I just had a Pipe Reed spacers, filter 36mm Carb and thats rite b4 the motor seezed and I could pull on one, my freing in his car sd I did just about 80 78MPH.
