465 Needs Help Help

I just built a 465 it has a bad miss on top end can anyone hlep me. I've jetted it from 190 to 225 main jet hasn't helped. Could be valves? Anyone had this problem. HELP HELP

465
12:5:1 JE Piston
Stage two hot cam
Head ported nad polisher
1mm over size intake valves
41mm FCR carb
LRD pipe
112 VP Race Gas
All the other stuff that goes with it.

Maybe your trying too big of jets.

yeah, i have a feeling your too big too. try to do a full throttle run and pull in the cutch and kill it quickly. coast to a stop and check the plug color.

I have a 465 with a FCR41 with similar mods and I found that a 160-165 main jet works great.

Thanks Guys I dropped my main jet to a 175 that as small as I had this week end and it started running great. I'm going to get some small jets and work with a little more.
