Calico near Barstow, CA

Hey guys.. I was wondering if anyone here has ever ridden at Calico near Barstow in California. My dad's club has been 4 wheeling there many times and they always see quads and stuff throughout the area. My dad wants to go riding there on Saturday, has anyone else ridden there? Tell me if it's fun or not.. :p

and i moved to VA in 94. but yes, if you like dessert riding, Calico is way fun :D

I've been riding near calico (mule canyon) quite a few times and it is great, however beware that this is a limited use area patroled by the BLM. They do issue tickets if they see you off the trails or anywhere on the hills that have closed signs.
