FCR Help, Please......Fuel Screws

I am tryin to tune my carb and I can not find either one of the fuel screws on it. Does anyone know where they are. It is a 39mm FCR carb from Sparks racing. NVR2L8 You should know. I cant find the one on the airbox and the engine side.

Well I got the carb on and it took me a while to get it to fire. After holding the throttle wot and hitting the starter a few times she finally went. Problem now....I have to give her has otherwise she dies....Also they is a ton a gas running out of the tubes.....I mean a constant flow I have to hurry and turn the gas off.....whats up?
