what do you need for a 416

what company is the best and i have an all stock 400ex except k&n filter what do i have to get done and or install and how much does it cost

u have it bored .080 over..get a JE piston, Hot Cam stage 1, and uh if u want a port/polish job

You dont need a new cam. Marcums Motorsports has 416,426 and 440 kits for pretty good prices, I just installed my 426 tonight.

A 416 is just a piston. You can change the cam if you want but it's not neede to have a 416.

a 426 is just a bigger piston than the 416. If your going to do it put a cam in too. I have a 426 and stage 2 cam and they work very well together. I got my piston kit from marcums for $150 including all the gaskets you need to put it back together.
