Stage 2 HOT CAM

I was just wondering what everyone thinks about getting a stage 2 hot cam installed? with everything else stock except exhaust? Is it worth the money, or would it just cause problems in the long run?

i have a hot cam stage 2 and i love it u get alota power from it but i would get a better piston with it. i got a JE 416 piston kit with a stage 2 hotcam and love it

ya the stage 2 cam is money well spent...i would get it with a high comp piston tho...good places to get it...c&d along with magic racing and nac's

I bought my stage 2 off ebay, seems like there is always someone selling a new cam for a decent price. I also put a high compression piston in and am happy with the outcome. I think the stage 2 is more of a revving cam, motocross and dunes, stage 1 more for trail and lower end.
