Well i just called All State insureance and got a quote for $433 a year. That was for my quad to be insured at $10,000. Is this a deal? Is there any other places you know of which is cheaper? Ok thanks

$32 a year for comprehensive(fire, theft, vandalism) for $16,000 replacement---USAA....it is for military only though, but there has to be something cheaper......or just get rid of collision coverage....that's probably what they are quoting you for also.

Insurance is super gay... There is no deal, lol. Seriously though insurance companies suck. I was going to have to pay 1200$/yr to put just theft and third (covers vehicle I hit). It was pretty gay, so my mom bundled it with her Jeep. Thats just for my EX, my buddy has a DS 650 and even with it bundled with his dads vehicles its going to be over 1000$... Talk about getting ripped off.

I tried going through Progressive motorcycle insurance since I have a car with them. Worthless.
The chick quoted me like $1200 a year for my R and CR. I told her no liability and collision since it's an off road vehicle and she said their computer wouldn't let them do that since it's state required.
State Farm has a good deal but you have to have a vehicle with them first.

I had state farm for mine 400EX...i really cant quite remeber how much it was a year but i know it wasnt that much...but anyways it really paid off cause my quad got stolen and they gave me alot for it...it was an 02 with minimal upgradas and i think i got 5500 for it...so i would say go with state farm...

I need to get some custom bike insurance for my R. I'd be mad if I only got what a stock 86R is worth if it ever got stolen.

Can you give me some more info on this? My state farm insurance agent won't touch it except for the blue book value of around like $1,200 if it gets stolen! I got like $15,000 in receipts!! He also wanted $120/year for that coverage...

My ex had state farm. I think it was like $12 a month. She wrecked it and did like $1200 in damage so they just sent her a check after she got a quote from a cycle shop. We did the repairs ourselves to save a few hundred bucks. I think that coverage had book value for the quad, up to like $1000 in extras, and up to $5000 bodily injury (to cover medical bills).
