i have a guy that wants to trade me his 2000 400ex with one of the triangle shaped yoshi pipes and an air filter for my 2000 300ex with razors on 190s, black maier racin plastic,scorpion exhaust, oneal bars,kn filter with prefilter, and dynojet, and a set of 909 grips. my 300 is nice and fits me nice but a 400 has more potential as a racer but i have already put 1100 in this quad and i was just thinknin of puttin a 330 kit in it. so i dunno what to do. what do u guys think? the only downside is the 400 has stock 300ex back tires.

WEll if someone wanted to trade me for my 300 I think I would go ahead & do it!! It has alot more potential for racing if your a racer, I'm at a spot right now trying to decide if I should sell my 300 to get a 450 cuz in my women's OPEN quad class the 300 is getting majorly outclassed :( :( if I find the right deal I would definetly do it!!! really though my four wheeler looks wasy nicer than his my mods are all almost brand new and his plastic is cracked and the tires are off a 300ex, but i guess the power will make up for it and the tires and plastic will not be there for long. but my dilemna is ffor the same amount of money it will take me to put a 330 kit on my 300 and eat a stock 400 i can only get maybe tires wheels and plastic for the 400. i dunno what to do

from what i can tell you really don't want to put alot of money into the 400 if you get it...in the long run tho if you get a nice pair of aftermarket tires(no more then 150 dollars) and some new back or front plastics(250) it will be good....it up to you if you feel that you are good enough with your 300 then fine throw the 330 kit in there...or that money you were going to kill on that 330 kit could go to the 400:) just my two cents
