Is anyone running this in their 450r yet. What weight are you guys running? I was thinking of 15/50.

API service classification SG or higher except oils labled as energy conserving on the circular API service label, SAE 10W-40, 5W-30, JASO T 903 standard MA or MB, Pro Honda GN4 or HP4 (without molybdenum additives) , HP4M ( with molybdenum additives) 4-stroke oil, or an equivalent. from page 184 of owners manual. I am using Pennzoil 10W-40 in mine in the engine and transmission. Just as good as any other oil without the extra cost. I change my oil at least once a month depending on track conditions. Used this oil in my 250R, 400, 416 and 440ex and never had an engine or transmission problem.

I just changed my oil,, I use honda gn4, 10w40 in the engine and Honda hp tranny oil 80/85w in the tranny, it was origially meant for 2 strokes, but from what I have heard it works fine in the crf/trx 450 motors
