question about smilies

how come some of the smilies don't work? i no pointless post but i just want to know why

I believe it has something to do w/ their hosted from a different site then the other ones, and the site did away with them or something:confused: I'm not fully sure on it.
It'd be nice if it were fixed sometime tho:o ...and maybe a couple more added?:D
