xc air box set up

just wondering what anybody else is doing i have a 1 1/2 pipe down in my airbox lid , duncan fatboy 4 with a 148 main, moved the clip down one notch and the spark plug is black look a little fat on the jeting but i hasnt fouled it nor is it sputing.

148 main? I have a 190 in mine. that would make it leaner, not richer so I really don't know, just thought your main was small compared to mine. I run a sparks system.

if it is running good, it is always better to be a little rich over being lean.

I have a 155 main in mine with a 2" hole in the air box and stock pipe with baffle out. No problems with mine but I have not checked the plug!

i have the hmf full system, a 180 main, and i cut the same hole as the hrc kit. you can see pics on my site. under the hmf install.
