If you are talking about the long swingarm bolt, you dont need to take it out to tighten the chain.Just the adjusters the BOLT goes THRU.

there are a number of ways to get a stuck bolt out, spray a penetrating fluid on it (like wd-40), you can then put something on the bolt and tap it with a hammer or malot, or if all else fails you can heat up the part with a torch then try and remove the bolt..............make sure you are using the best tool with the most leverage .......... what method you use depends on where the the bolt is and what it is holding together (use caution with engine bolts)

if its a metal bolt in an aluminum housing hit the bolt firmly with a hammer several times, then it should turn out easily (use good judgment on how hard to hit it! don't brake the housing!)

if wd40 doesnt work go get some real penetratin oil and then let it sit and tap it with a hammer. Put a cheater bar on it too if u have room.

Dude, you really need to stop making so many post. Members will respond if they know a fix, createing new post ever 2 minutes is not going to get your problem solved any quicker.

Good luck

you DO NOT need to REMOVE the swingarm bolt to tighten the chain!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Its not like you are removing the swingarm!!!!!!!Loosen the bolt only. Then use your adjusters to take away chain slack.
