What size a-arms?

I want to go buy some lonestar a-arms for my 400ex. But I don't know what size to get? Should I get +2,+0 or +2,+1. I want to race motocross this year. Will to +2,+1 get rid of the "pushing" in the corners?

get the +2+1 they will make ur front end just trun wit no sliding, excellent handling.
