I've noticed a few pro quads like this and want to understand why.http://www.maxxis.com/GetImage.asp?FileID=6378

The fronts are directional, why are they on Backwards?

Rick Cecco told me about it.Its how Traci runs hers.
Running them in the right direction the tires garb and hook rutts.
When I turned my around it was easy to ride over rutts and drive out of them easier it still steered the same without siding or anything silly.Try it you will like it.:D

Probably just like people run Klaws one way for wet conditions and flip them around for hard pack.

The Razr 2 fronts turn very well either way. They actually turn better if you install them according to the arrow on the side of the tires - BUT - we run them backwards which results in a little bit less feedback and they still turn awesome but not as good as they were orginally designed.

Basically if the track is fast and hard packed with loomy ruts - Install Backwards. Less feedback to the bars in the straight-aways plus you can ride the top side of the ruts in the corners better with less likelyhood that the tire will grab too much and pull you into the Trees.

If the Track is muddy with deep ruts - Install as designed. The additional "bite" will help steer your quad out of ruts easier plus help you miss unforseen obstacles better when last minute direction changes count..

Hope this helps.
