HEY Help with exhaust pipe??????????

i just bought mea 2000 model 400ex it had some goodies on it (see signature) and well im kinda disapointed with how loud my whitebros r-4 exaust is i asked the guy i bought it from if he had the spark arrestor for it and he said it was in it already and sure enough it was ive rode stock 400s and this pipe really perks up the motor but it is so loud my dad could hear me a mile away from the house :( i bought the quad for 2700 and it looks brand new almost and it runs perfect but is my exaust legal for riding areas like little sahara and stuff

i am not sure how loud you can be in those areas. also, i am not sure how loud your pipe is. the r-4 isn't a quiet pipe. i bet it even has some nice bark too it even with the spark arrestor in. to check if the spark arrestor is in, look in the end cap and see if you see a mesh screen about 2 or 3 inches back in there. if so, that is the spark arrestor.
