Want to get a pipe but cant see spending $500 bucks on a complete system when the head pipe looks the same as after market pipes,Want to get a slip on but what kind & need it to be legal for GNCC noise tests.Might also just get duncan fatboy 4 if I have to & have a extra $200 turn up some where.

I would go with just a silencer. For GNCC I would think you would want the motor to make good low RPM power for those technical sections. If you increase the diameter of the headpipe it may have a negative performance affect on your low end HP/torque because of the decrease in backpressure.

i would get the HMF, if your worried about the noise level, you can purchase the quite core to go with it.
