my question is: when you remove the parking brake and install a CR perch what are the two wires that plug into the original clutch/parking brake lever/perch.. and what do i do with them...

Not sure what your supposed to do. On mine we just cut them and taped them together.

I THIINK THE 2 WIRES YOU TALKING ABOUT ARE A SAFTEY FEARTURE. IT IS SO IF YOUR BIKE IS IN GEAR IT WILL ONLY START IF THE CLUTCH IS PULLED IN ENOUGH TO ENAGAGE THESE WIRES. WITHOUT THIS YOUR BIKE WILL ONLY START IN NEUTRAL

if you connect them together you can start in gear.if you leave them disconnected you can only start in neutral. I hooked mine together ;)

yeah... what they said... ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ I hooked mine together and now it will start in any gear... so make sure you have the clutch pulled in...
