flywheel key

what kind of puller do i need to get the flywheel off my 400ex and how do i know if it has an advance key in it is the key notched on one side im guessing ?


i have a 440 kit with higher compression and if it has one i want to get rid of it

The puller is just a large bolt that is threaded into the center of the flywheel. A pneumatic impact wrench works well.;)

An advace key is offset and will be obvious if you know what a standard key looks like.
