Maier rear fender rattle?

Anyone had this happen where the rear support & brackets rattle against each other? I was thinking maybe I could bend the bar to put more tension on. What have any others done?

I think that the rattle is normal.

I had a tab/nut welded on so now my rear fenders are bolted to that bracket

sorry i dont have any pics of it right now, i will in a day or two
