Hey can any of you guys give me a really good work out plan that will get a person in shape for a gncc. I don't hit them all just the ones that are close. I've got a month before the next one with lots of down time any ideas.:)

Running, weight training, but only use small weights and a lot of reps, you don't want to get huge, just toned.

Yeah definatly drink light beer, and after you drink about a 12 pack or so take a swim and it will get you right where you need to be, umm well maybe swim first then drink, that sounds better. at least I have heard that swimming alot gets you in pretty good shape, And I mean swimming without the beer in your hand.

My work out consists of running 2 to 4 miles a day, of course I havn't started that yet because it is cold out:huh try not to do any heavy wieght lifting- it only leads to major arm pump at the race. Really anything that gets your heart pumping and builds up your endurance- I can think of one fun thing!!:D
