View Full Version : Airbox Eliminator Kit-Please help

Does anyone make a airbox eliminator kit for a 400EX? ESR makes one for the 250R that is really cool but dont make one for the 400EX. He said he didnt know if it would fit a 400EX. Does anyonw know if it would or anybody else that makes one?????????

I have that kit for my R, you can prolly make one for your bike.

I could have made the kit myself, but I was to lazy....:rolleyes:

I guess you could use pvc pipe and a heavy duty hose. and clamps

Oooooh that sucks. Im not the best handy man!!!! Ill ask TC if he will make me one while hes got my motor!!

its real easy to make, but you have to make sure it will work with a 400ex.

there maybe a frame rail in the way of the pipe, im not sure.

it would prolly work.

use a k&n with a outer wears, thats my setup.

and be careful when you go through puddles.

I inspect mine when I go through a couple puddles, it really doesnt get that dirty.
