Loud pop in the front end

You guts please help me. I just powdercoated my frame. When I put put it back together I noticed my brand new hub had a rattle. So I took it back apart I saw that I forgot to put that little spacer in there. I put it in there and everything was fine- until today. I was riding at the track and every time I landed not so perfect I would hear a loud pop from the hub. When I hit a bump it poped. It might be my mechanical skill or it might be something completely different. Please help me.

Take it apart and look, There isnt a whole lot to hub bearings. Put big bearing in one side, put the spacer in, then put the little bearing in the other side, put seals in THATS IT

THATS IT!!!! thanks alot, I only put 1 spacer in. Thats all. I feel like an idiot.
