I agree its a nice car for 500$ But those older camaros with the v6s are lacking of power. An old friend of mine raced his camaro with a v6 in it against a corsica 5 speed and got lit up... LOL:eek2: :p

And you're sure it was a Supra? What year? Single turbo, twin turbo?

Ah, not to be a jackass...but there is no way you beat a worked out Supra TT...a V6 TT vs. a V6 automatic? No way...he probably didn't even know you guys were "racing" unless he started out in 4th gear...

what did the camaro have done to it. (internally) the V6's aren't exactly race cars

Then you woke up right ? Not to be an ***. but there is NO WAY, Either the supra driver SUCKED majorly!, and or wasn't racing, Or there was something wrong with it! Where do you live ? and how do you know it was TT? What year was it ? Those aren't exactly cheap cars!

Your a funny guy, The newer 3rd generation supras run from 93½ to 97, so there is a slight gap there, that's why i asked!

They go to 98. Bottom line is he didn't beat a Supra TT, and if the Supra raced him it wasn't a TT.

heres mine that I am still driving...its a toyota 4x4, i love it http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid77/p8a5e52741a588e064d518579dd32efcc/fb36c0b0.jpg

If the supra actually raced and lost i am guessing it was a NON-Turbo! and the driver sucked

Aaaah, the good old days of the 2.8 camaro's.

Those cars were a dime a dozen 10 years ago and the manual versions would give a Monte Carlo SS a good run.

In fact, many of my high school memories were spent welding the tire to the pavement in my buddies old v6 camaro
