Is the stage one good for fmf pipe, K&N, and modded airbox lid?

this is what i got from dynojets web site:
"Stage 1 Kits
Intended for motorcycles with a stock engine using the stock airbox, air filter and stock pipe. Stage 1 kits are fully adjustable to allow the use of a well designed aftermarket pipes and stock replacement air filters like K&N. Stage 1 kits are designed to improve throttle response and driveability and in most cases power increases of approximately 5% throughout the entire power range can be achieved."

So i would say yes it could be used. I would make a post or do a search to see if anyone else has these mods with this kit. The kit is like new and includes a new needle, spacer, main jets, main jet adapter, and instuctions. I no longer have the box for it though. I bought it to jet my 400ex carb on my 250x, but after the motor work i needed larger jets.
