My stock 250R rear was a little over 300, I had the Quad Shop do it. So i would say that would be a ball park. You can get it cheaper than that, but i had mine completely reworked. If you just want zero preload, I don't think that kit cost much. It's the re-valving that gets expensive. Give Jeff a call I'm sure he'll give you a good deal.
