300 and 250 CDi the same?

is a 300ex and a 250x CDI's the exact same n will work on each other? if i got a 300ex cdi will it work on my 250x?

Probley not because a 300ex is eletric start and a 250x is kick start, if it does you might have troble startin it.

They are the same,I've got one off a 01 300ex for my 87 250x from ebay worked fine. The performance ones also list it the same

the 250x ignition actually revs 100 rpm higher

I've also heard you can put a cdi off a 350x on the 250x and it gives you no rev limit.
