I am going to buy Primary drive sprockets and O-ring chain. I am still debating which size sprockets to get.

I do not want to lose bottom end and I'd like a higher top end speed.

I have 20in tires, so I think it would be a good idea to go up 1 in the front. Would this give me more bottom end or top end. Should i go down in the back?

You could do either or 1 up on the front or go smaller in the rear which is the same. But to want the best of both worlds is not possible and you'll just have to choose. As long as you dont go to drastic you wont lose much low end.

You would be able to adjust your axle carrier to take up the slack. But I thought you wanted more top speed? Wait, which bike are you refering too? the 300 or 400?. And also, Sidewindersprockets.com has a nice gearing ratio chart that will help you understand a little better and you could even print it. Good luck.
