Ehhh...

sorry, but I think it would take a little more than a piston to get to 62 RWHP. Thats like the guy on Ebay claiming that his pipe alone made a yfz put out 53 HP.

I think a 100mm piston puts it up to 500cc. 62 hp is a little steep but i might believe it.

Hey Hammer...

that little jab wasn't aimed at you. I am just amazed that some people brazenly lie about what their products do, and moreso that some people will believe it. I am sure that a 500 cc TRX motor can make 62 HP with Porting and polishin, 13:1 compression, race gas, bigger cams and a better intake. There's a guy in Michigan that takes YZ motors and makes them turn like 61.5 at 477 cc? with all the mods I just listed, so it is possible, but it will take a little more than a piston...

I agree. This is for the CRF NOT the TRX. I don't know that it would even work on a TRX. I wonder if the deck heigth is the same on the TRX and CRF. If so it might work. Not sure though. Even if it did it wouln't make that much power. Stock on the dyno a CRF makes 46.7 with a Hindle full system it made 50.0 and after being jetted it did 52. I doubt that just that kit would put it over 60 without at least a full system, cam and head work.
