Up until now, I have thought these new Rs were just fugly, mostly due to the goofy nose. Now I see yours with that C.F. hood, and it REALLY makes a huge difference. I gotta show my 3 buddies these pics.....they need to buy that hood, 'cause I can't stand lookin at the STOCKER!!!!

Awesome machine ya got there...(hate to see the pricetag :D )

Hey Rob,
I was wondering the same thing. I haven't put it on but someone told me that I needed another part to get the cable to fit properly.

where did you get the number plates?

quadjeff

Hey aceshigh33 you need a CRF cable. Then You have to make a bracket to make this thing work right. The kit is for a FCR not a stock carb. Kind of a pain. It will still work half hazzard but you will want to fix... I saw killer number plates made from 3m thick stuff and with the number on the backgrounds from quadsonly.com.. check there for number plates...

Wow man, I didn't know there was a 450R that sweet in Wisconsin!

Too bad you're parting it out...that was such a sweet *** looking quad...and I hate the look of the stock 450R's.

That motorcycle better be worth it!!
