the stock shocks are nto hard to adjust at all. just try all the different settings (there are 5 of them) until you get it to where you like it. you need a special tool from honda thats really cheap to do it. or else if you don't mind scratching your shocks a little you can do what i did and take a big pipe wrench and squeeze it really hard and turn it. look in your manual to for better instructions.

95kg i was lookin like what the and then i noticed ur from portugal (is this the first rider from over seas on the site).

the stock shocks are fine for reg everyday trail riding but if u do motocross or hard jumping ur gonna want to upgrade ur shocks to something like works, elkas, pep, axis, ohlins....

I ran my stock shocks over a year. They were wore out at that point, they were more like po-go sticks! For the average trail rider the stock is fine but like 400ex21 said if you are going to do alot of jumping or mx you will need to upgrade. Sorry I not sure what 95 kg convers to lbs, but I am about 215 lbs. I wish I would of got shocks alot sooner than I did. Aftermarket shocks are a great investment!:D
