I want to make some rings for my ITP's and I'am just wandering if someone could tell my the thickness of the real rings and the size of the holes big and smalland the space beteewn the holes thanks.

I have soem rings welded on my stock rims, i'll post some pics later. These were made on a CNC turret punch but youi can buy hem fron OMF for abour $25 per wheel thats for both rings.

Yeah I just want to make some but I want them to look good like the OMF That is why I would like to get the OMF dimention so I can make them on a CNC machine.

Any body have any specs.

I would still like to see the pics.

we just did out own thing on them so the look kinda liek teh OMF's i'mm take a pic when i get home fron work

i've got a question.. in those pics of the ex, there is a small tank just before the air box...what is supposed to be in it? or is it just a run off????

I think you are talking about the crankcase ventilation box. :confused:

y2k400ex does look good. what tickness aluminum did you use and how big did you make the holes?

I'll measure then later bu i think the smaller hole are about 3/8 and the larger ones are about 7/8. They are .190 thick 5052 T5 aluminum they were makw son something lie this Punch (http://www.amada.com/products/turrets/turrets_view.asp?id=4)
