HPDE Plastic Skid??? Need Advice Quickly!

There is this plastic skid of ebay and I am thinking about getting it. The word plastic scares me a bit but with modern plastics like lexan and such, plastic is very strong. The way it could deflect rocks instead of denting them would be a big plus.

What do you think I should do. (I have just a little more than an hour to make a decision sorry hurry with advice if possible).

looks sweet to me cheep too. what do you have to loose if you put a hole in it you get a new one for 7.00.

Yeah, and its better than no protection at all. I don't know if I will get this one because I am looking at a new rear shock but these pop up often so I am still looking for opinions.
