I'll get some pictures on here as soon as I find them and upload them to a site. All I can say is that this front end is amazing on the 250X/300ex. It well outhandles a stock 400ex! I was putting the hurt to a couple of buddies of mine on 400ex's on my grass TT track and was actually passing them w/ this setup. All I have done to the motor is a high compression piston! There is less bump steer than on the stock 400ex front end and YES, my tie rods are straight across from each other. Believe me, I've read ALL of the conversion forums and agree and disagree w/ some things. If you don't beleive me, come out and ride mine for yourself and you be the jugde.

I could make another set for $250. They accept stock length 400ex shocks. They are constructed of all chromoly steel tubing. They would only cost you $200 if you could ship me a set of stock 400ex A-arms though to use!

wow those are nice i would possibly be interested too. do they come powdercoated for 250 also?

03-11-2004, 08:50 PM
Yes, they were originally 400ex a-arms. And No they don't come powdercoated either. Just tell me if you want a set and if you are sending a set of 400ex's to be done. It may take me a couple of weeks to get time to make them though.
