Hello everybody. Your all right. Great choice. This thing is nasty. I ride on sand, gravel, hardpack, trails- wherever anyone is riding. I do know the pros and cons but I am looking for some opinions. I have the stockers but I want to run 20" holeshots in front and 18" klaws on back with itp beadlocks.
I am running this to 1. see what it is like with stock gearing 2. alleviate tire roll 3. get a bit lower 4.use suspension and not bounce so much- I did my homework and know the pros and cons. If I am in the woods my AC skids will be doing there job. So any thoughts. I thank you for answering this question boys.;)

I put some 19in tamers out back and it made it stop wheeling some. also helped the lowend but my skid plate hooks up on everything.

What ply are those Kenda's? If they are only 2 ply I would not run them in the woods!

I say go for it!!!!!i am running itp mx 20s on the front and 18s on the rear of my 450r but i have not rode the bike yet cause i am waiting for the better weather around here. but i ran the same setup on my 400 for the last 2 years with 2ply tires and i do alot powerline riding and trail riding i had to put a few plugs in from time to time and the tires wear fast but it handles great.

I called Kenda and the claws are 4ply. PRM-ATV.com make a 1/4" swing skid so this should help the lowriders. Just gas it!

 i put 18s on the back of mine and the gearing is perfect. buut, ifyyour goin into the woods you wil hate it . you will get caught on everything . try 20s with 5-8 psi to get rid of bounce . good luck:cool:
