harden rocker arms

are they really nescacery when droping in a cam, could i just buy new rockers instead, they are cheaper then getting the rockers hardwelded. will it damage the cam if i dont get the rockers hardwelded, or new rockers. please i need your help because i am getting a new cam, but everone asks for hardened rockers. any help will be appreicated

it depends on what cam u get. if you get the all around cam you should be fine using your stock rockers. if get the race cam then i would say u defiantly need the hardend rockers.

i would go ahead and get the hard weld rockers. honda rockers wear pretty quick anyways. but i've chewed thru a set of the hardweld rockers too. but overall they last alot longer

yeah if u get a race cam it will eat your rockers up real fast
