new 300ex

i just bought a 2001 300ex and i really want to make it quicker and i was wondering what the best parts would be to get more go out of it for cheap i alreay have a dg pipe

also my chain has been skipping but my sproket ant worn down at all what couldbe the problem

Eather the chain is too loose or the locknut is loose an the axel is moving. I had that problem.
