Went with a Wiseco piston for my 416 kit. Also, hotcams stage II, 5-angle valvejob, and some other little things. Anyone ever have any problems with these products? Thanks.

I have my 400 pimped out the most i could without opeaning the motor of carb, well it still is not enoughf for me i plan on putting a 416 je piston kit with a hot cam stage II, some say to change the rod? should I or not. i also plan on getting a bigger oil tank for cooling reasons is there anything else to do to keep it cool? hope your motor runs good.

Yah i was wondering too if you need to replace the rod on that setup, i hope not cause i only have enough money for the piston and cam. i thought you only needed to replace the rod if you did the 440?

I wouldnt worry about the rod unless your over 12:1 compression.
