I test drove a YFZ the other day and what a RUSH! that thing is a beast.. I fell in love right time I fired her up. I need some help deciding something.. do yall think I should sell my 440ex for 3500 and put that as a down payment on the YFZ? I'll be buying it with my money and with that as a down payment will I be able to afford the payments? I work at a grocery store at minimum wage at about 112.00$ a week....not much but I have no idea how much the payments would be.. but the big question here... is it worth it? opinions please :)

Hey, you make more then me!:D

Anyway, if you don't like the performance of your 440ex, then sell it. However, if it is a 440ex without a carb cam and porting, you may just wanna try that. It would save you a heck of a lot of money, but it still won't be quite as powerful. It is up to you.

That's halarious...... I just sold my 440ex and put a $3500 down payment on it. Now I'm making payments; I also have a minimum wage job. But I also get child support ($250) a month that I can put towards the payments. I think it was worth it, but I don't really have to worry about making the payments.

DO IT - if you think you can keep making your payments....my guess is they will be around $110 or so.....a month - then you will most likely have to have it insured if you have a loan out on it - but if you go through Yamaha I don't think they require that.......I just bought one and it's an awesome quad. Can't get the grin off my face! :)

i wouldnt do it.. the yfz is killer, but do you have arms and shocks. youll be dumping soo much money into the yfz for nerfs, axel, shocks, a-arms, bumper, everything.. is it worth the extra 5 hp??

You don't really need arms and shocks unless you are racing. Doesn't the yfz have some of the best stock suspension?
