He's a purebred American Staffordshire Terrier - excellent temperament - these are great dogs if you get them from a reputable breeder and socialize them!!! I have loved these dogs since I saw my first one about 9 years ago - always wanted one, but couldn't find one!!!! I drove to California on Saturday to get him.....

His name is Toomey (as in Banshee pipes!!!) - he's a lover!!! :)

oh - and my YFZ rips!!!! :D

lol yea i was like wtf kinda pipe is that then i seen it was stock....but how big will her grow....my dog(she)is a lemon lol she was suppose to stay under 25 pounds and she grew to 44 pounds but its still not that bad....lol some good times,always barks when im trying to concentrate on getting a part put on the right or when i put on all my stuff helmet and what not she starts barking...lol mans best friend(girls to mebe):p

get a yorkshire terrier, thats what we have and they are the cutest things ever, and ours weighs 4 pounds.

Hey!!! Yeah - I do have my Shee still - I'm getting it ready to sell, though.....I don't think I can keep them both, and since I can race again, the YFZ is taking over my garage!! :)

Glad you liked Ogilby!!! I love it there - it's a great place to camp, and there are so many different rides you can go on from there! :) I can't wait to try out the YFZ in the sand!! :)

how old is your lab, Pappy? Labs will chew the crap out of stuff until they are at least 3. Mine is 6 now and hardly ever chews on stuff anymore, thank goodness. One time he chewed thru the wooden spindles on the back porch of my old house, I guess he thought they were tooth picks...:eek2:

that puppy is so cute....i had 3 german shepards (i hated walkin them lol) but we had to get rid of them cuz of out insurance company was afraid that they would bite them...we had no choice...but this nice family took them all together...

we have a diffrent insurance company ...for out land ..and our house in vermont..and they are the same company... they said over 1200...for each dog and my dad didnt want to pay that much to keep them

That's the coolest pic of your dog standing at the counter! :D I've been looking at Newfoundlands, trying to decide what my next dog will be. I have a Siberian Husky, I was on a website last weekend about them. They stated their life span is 11-13 years, mine was 14 last December! I looked at my dog and said to her she's living on borrowed time... :eek: It's amazing, she acts like a dog half her age! Sort of like her owner... :o

We just got i miniture pincher, I have a 4 yr, old and he is the best, we have had it for 5 months, and he loves my son, he goes to puppy school, and is very well mannered, kind of strange looks like a full grown dobeman, but only 10 inches tall and weighs about 10 lbs, but thinks he is a full grown doberman,:)

The best part is when we got him from the breeder he was 10 weeks old and already litter box trained, sounds weird huh, thats what i thought but its different than cat litter, its large compressed pellets. no mess. trains like a full size doberman with out the size problems, we take hime everywhere with us.

Moses is 7 and is beginning to show some gray. A little around his muzzle. With the condition he is in my vet expect's him to go 12-14 easy. Great dog's.... "YES THA MOSES .... HE'S A GOOD BOY...... BIG SWEETY!!!!!

Expensive dog's but well worth it. I've tried numerous time's to go the pound route but I seem to have poor luck in getting a dog that will deal with a 6 year old boy and a 16 yr old cat that does'nt take any s*** off of anyone..

If you get a NEWF you will not regret it.

He reminds me of my Chow when I wake him up LOL he has the same grumpy look :) yesterday I opened the front door in the morning to say good morning to him & had to LMAO he looked up & it looked like he had hella nightmares or something his hair was all stickin up it was just funny.

If your killing people with holeshots then don't change anything. That's the beauty of that motor you can ride it like a 4 or 2 stroke.

For drag racing my 426, I do the wide open shifts with no problems. And I knew you would love that quad;)

i was reading this post ^ this morning and these people hauled butt into my drive way honking their horn, and when they got out they had my yorkshire terrier wrapped up in a towel and bleeding and he was in shock:( Those people have like 3 rotwhilers(sp) and 2 of them attacked him. My dog is at the vet place right now, hopefully hes ok.........that wasnt a very fair fight was it?

Well the dog had the surgery last night at midnight and some animal hospitol and they said he was doin good. Then they called this afternoon and said he isnt doing to well now. They said around midnight tonight their gonna have to make the dission.:(

Well we called last night at midnight, and the doctor was in another surgery. we called this morning and they said the dog is hanging in there. hes not out of the woods yet but hes hanging in. Hes coming home late tonight or early tomorrow morning.

It's actually spelled Pit Bull.....and yes, they are pretty much the same thing - except the line of breeding is a different gradient and AmStaff's are AKC registered and bred mostly for the show ring, whereas Pit's are UKC, I believe, and sometimes still bred to fight, which is unfortunate to say the least. This is a topic that Pit breeders and Amstaff breeders go around and around about......it doesn't make much of a difference to me! :)
