Hello,

My HOnda EX 440:

440CC kit Wiseco with right compression
Stock Carb
Stock Exhaust
Airbox with new snorkle to the front fender = better :)
HRC Honda CAM

Carb has pilot 38 , Main 160 and needle 3 clip
When i take bigger pilot it's has slow response :(

CAn you say me that it is ok for me jetting or not?

I would drop down to a 150 152 or a 155. Especially haveing the stock pipe.

i thought 148main + 2 more sizes for CAM + 2 for 440CC = 158 but doesn't exist= 160main

Pilot is good i think stock?

152 for 440c with HRC CAM is LEAN?

It doesnt work that way though. If you went up to jet sizes for every mod every body would be way rich. By the way they do make 158 main jets too. But most dealers dont stock them.

I ran a 155 with a full pipe cam 440 full race port and oversized valves. and my motor guy says i still run it to rich.

Also it helps to adjust the airscrew on the bottom of the carb to fine tune it.

ok but when you talk 155 is it a DJ155 or Keihin 155 because i have a 160 Keihin in now?

And you have certainly reason because it pulls better after going from 170 to 160 :)

Thx

But i liked a quad with minimal noise because in belgium the people don't like it :)
