300 fouling plugs

[Quad Dude]

i have a 99 300 that every moring when i go to start it it will pop a few times then it will foul the plug does any one had this is happening any info would help.:confused: :confused:

is you choke always open?

i think u might be rich ALOT or ur choke is open OOOORR try turnin ur gas off when ur not ridin it. ;)
