MX swingarm

Has anybody raced their 450R in a mx race yet? If so what did they think about the swing arm length? I am debating on whether to go with stock length or to get a + length. If you went with longer how much longer did you go? Thanks everyone.

Which one? I am suppose to get my elka's in this week and the herrmann arms too. I got the hood and axle in it now.(450R) I will try to post it when i get it done. I can't wait.
