I got one **** of a deal on mine, I paid $190 for my frame and subframe to be sand blasted, gussetted, and powder coated.
BTW, I would only powdercoat your swingarm if you ride like a sissy. Because they are prone to crack and you would have wasted money powdercoating something and then it cracking. Just a tip of advice but from the looks of your 400 you don't really jump it too high.
No he doesn't , but i do :devil :p :D

It took me 2 days to tear it apart and 3 to re assemble since i added on alot of after market goodies when I put it back together. It took me a long time because I organized everything. All the bolts went in seperate zip-lock bags and were labeled. I got a good deal on the frame because it was a group deal for people in the local area. It was 12 250r frames, 400ex frames, one lobo frame, and one lonestar frame. Its only done once a year so if you want in I'll post a thread in the body forum about it a month in advance. I put a thread in the body forum this year but no one wanted it done so oh well.
Email or pm chris waters,,I think he'll do it for the same price or pretty close to it..he gave me a pretty good deal...:D
