Im getting my sons bike all together now and it was working fine before I took her apart now she wont start.. There is no spark for some reason. I have a pic of the stator where i did a small damage to it when I was taking of the oil injection. Please advise.

Id say get a new stator and see what that does, that thing looks pretty messed up.

Before you go spending a bunch of money on parts that you might not need diognose the problem. Did you put a new plug in it? Is the pulser coil sending signal to the CDI? Is the source coil sending power to the CDI? Is the CDI sending signal to the coil? is the coil sending signal to the plug? Are all the grounds good? Are the kill switches good and not shorted? Don't just guess at it diognose it or if you don't know how take it to a shop for them to do a diog. 1 hour labor for diog is a lot less than a stator you don't need.

I just found out its the Stator like I had mentioned before.. Now 2004TRX450R I did my general trouble shooting and thats how I cam to the conclousion that it might be the stator... And I REFUSE to take my cars,Bikes and what not to people in shops that want to charge you an arm and a leg for sometimes nothing. So you take your things to the shop while I do my own homework and work this out... Ive done greater things than this myself.

Stator is on its way.
