jetting questions...runs alot better cold = too rich when warmed up?

seems like when i start it up and let her warm up a bit then go riding it seems to run like a raped ape then after while when its really warm it doesnt run as good..does this mean im too rich in my jetting?. its about 55 out when i went riding.

i want fuel injection dammit lol.

Yes it does.......You richen the motor with the choke for cold starting, but if you leave the choke on after it warms up it runs bad, right? Same idea here. Good call!:cool:

That's the nature of an air-cooled motor. Every air-cooled bike/quad is that way. That's why 99% of most modern 4-stroke engines are liquid cooled. More consistent temps equate to more consistent performance.
