lrd headers loose

well i got an lrd full system and it could have been like this the whole time i just noticed that if i grab the header is loose like where it goes into the engine is this normal. i tried tighning the bolts that hold it to the engine but there as tight as they go. they dont rattle or anything when its on i was just wondering if there supposed to be loose thanks for any help

I know mine isn't loose,.....I don't see why it is loose if it is torqued down all the way. I have had an LRD full system for several months now and have not had a problem with it. :confused:

if it's got the aluminum hold downs they could be tweaked. also may wanna install new crush seals in the exhaust ports

That's my guess as well, u may not have any in there @ the moment making it rattle, and seem loose, only about 3 or 4 bux a piece.

the hold downs are tweaked a little. where do you buy crush seels?

any dealer can get them

make sure to get the old ones out. they are reusable but i prefer to replace the cause thats one reason you tweak the holddowns.
