This can't be right, FCR 39mm?

I just got my FCR 39mm carb, Man it is small. Is this the right carb? I bought it from a guy off atvconnection. This is all the it came with, in the pic. He said it will bolt right up to my 400ex. I have a hard time believing this after I see it. My quad is back home with my paretns so I just can't go out and see. Please give me some feedback.

Ya, I just got done lookin around and I think it is it. Man is it small tho.

NVR2l8......Just got done reading your post about the throttle cable, Great post. Have you figured out anything on the thumb throttle stop yet. I would like to here what you did. I will be installing my carb this weekend and want everything to be ready to go. Thanks
